Positive Family Foundations is a nurture-based online programme designed to help parents and carers build strong, positive relationships with their children. Over 10 weeks, you'll receive a 30-minute video every Monday, packed with practical advice and evidence-based strategies that you can watch whenever it suits your schedule.

The course explores how children develop and interact with their carers, helping parents better understand challenging behaviour while promoting emotional wellbeing and positive family relationships. It draws on brain development, attachment theory, sensory needs and emotional regulation to provide useful techniques that can be applied in everyday family life.

Throughout the course you'll:
