Emotions Discovery - Wellbeing Fridays

Group sessions for the whole family (age 5+).

• FRIDAYS 11am-12 noon for 6 weeks of Summer Holidays (starts 25 July)
• Fully ACCESSIBLE venue
• A Drawing & Talking group activity
• Get CREATIVE and comfortable with EMOTIONS
• Age 5+ (all under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult)
• Older Young People & Adults welcome too
• 6-week programme promoting emotional literacy & resilience

This is a 6-week Drawing & Talking programme, of 1 hour each week.  Each week we will DISCOVER a different EMOTION, we will talk about it and draw it!  Each participant will receive a certificate at the end of the programme.

RRP is £90 per person (for 6 sessions)

MY price: First family member is £60, subsequent family members are £40.

Block Therapy - LEGO Club

Small group work for 3 people

A 6 week programme over the Summer Holidays, in Coventry.  Book as a family or friendship group, or individually.  

Suitable for age 6+.

LEGO Therapy was invented to support autistic individuals develop their social communication skills.

Each week each person will be allocated a role:

• Builder
• Engineer
• Supplier

We will rotate the roles and develop different skills including, patience, communication, descriptive language and listening.

Choice of session slots (subject to availability):

• Mondays 11am-12 noon
• Tuesdays 3-4pm
• Fridays 3-4pm
