"Having tried typical gym membership, weights, running and more recently Hyrox, I have struggled to find a fitness activity and community that is 'me'. Recently I decided to try calisthenics on the recommendation of a friend, as I was looking to build upper body strength and tone, as well as learning skills. I joined Rick and the team at Urban Calisthenics for a meet up, was made to feel completely welcome and had an absolute blast despite having no idea what I was doing. The community were so welcoming and everyone was willing to take the time to show me exercises to try." - Google review
"I’ve been working out with Rick and Urban Calisthenics for a couple of years now and I can’t recommend him enough. Although I’ve been doing calisthenics for a while, Rick really upped the actual quality of my training and broke it down to the basics. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, my form is the best it’s ever been and I have been injury free (which is remarkable in your late 30s…)." - Google review
