Abbey fields is set in the dramatic valley of Finham Brook and enjoys views of the historic town and Kenilworth Castle. The grassy slopes, lake, children's play areas and café make it an ideal spot for a picnic or day out with the kids.

Children's Play Areas
There are 2 well equipped play parks suitable for different ages.

The fully enclosed younger play area, has a wide variety of play equipment:

Lake
The picturesque lake is home to a large selection of ducks, swans and geese.

Cafe at Abbey Fields
There is an outdoor cafe with a small seating area, serving ice creams, drinks and a small selection of hot and cold snacks.

Toilets at Abbey Fields
Toilets, disabled toilets and baby change are available next to the cafe.

Walking at Abbey Fields
Stroll along the brook and around the lake, or to Kenilworth Castle.

Tennis at Abbey Fields
There are 5 Tennis Courts, free to use. No booking system, just turn up and play.

First World War Memorial
The Kenilworth War Memorial was dedicated on Sunday 26 February 1922. The monument stands at the southern edge of Abbey Fields Park, on Abbey Hill.
The memorial originally commemorated 129 men and one woman of Kenilworth who died in the First World War, with 9 names added at a later date. The names of those who died in the Second World War were added in 1951 and a single name from the Korean War was added in 1952.

Swimming at Abbey Fields
The park is adjacent to Abbey Fields Swimming Pool which has both indoor and outdoor pools.
There is also an indoor cafe within the Swimming Pool premises.
