Prepare for the arrival of your little one with MAMTB's FREE active birthing classes! The course is run by Shannon, a local perinatal educator and will cover yoga based movement, breathing and hypnobirthing techniques, antenatal education and relaxation. It will also be a great opportunity to meet other expectant parents! Please email bookings@mamtb.co.uk to book your free place.
