The therapist that served me was very professional I felt really comfortable throughout the whole treatment and for the price it is definitely worth it. Mana Spa FAQs

Is there parking at Mana Spa?

The Wave has lots of off-road parking nearby and Mana Spa can be found on the ground floor of The Wave with our entrance to the rear. Mana Spa offers two hours free parking which can be redeemed at The Wave reception at the following car park - Salt Lane, Coventry, CV1 2GY.

Can I book a pass for the spa?

Yes — Mana Spa offers guest passes giving full use of the spa facilities for 3 hours. Passes are £30 on weekdays and £40 at weekends. Please note that sauna-only passes are not available. Click here for prices.

Do I need to have a treatment to use the spa?

No — spa access and treatments can be booked independently. Treatments are available to book 7 days a week without requiring a spa pass.

Can children use the spa?

The spa is available to guests aged 16 and over only. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are robes and slippers included?

Robes and slippers are included with certain spa packages — check the package details to confirm. If not included, they can be hired on the day. A refundable £8 deposit is required on arrival when robes are included in an experience package.

What should I bring?

Please bring full swimwear to use the thermal spa. Towels, robes and slippers can be hired if not included in your package.

How do I book?

Booking in advance is recommended. You can book online here, call 02476 252565, or email enquiries@manaspa.co.uk. For same-day bookings, please call or email directly and the team will do their best to accommodate you.

Is a deposit required?

Yes — a 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is payable on arrival. If you book within 48 hours of your appointment, full payment is taken upfront and is non-refundable.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full. For group bookings of 5 or more, 14 days' notice is required — deposits are non-refundable after this point. Please note: bookings paid in cash are non-refundable; any eligible refunds are issued as account credit.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?

Mana Spa gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and for monetary value only. Extensions past the expiry date are available for a fee — contact the spa for details. Purchase a gift voucher online here.

Do you have accessible facilities?

Yes — Mana Spa is committed to access for all. Accessible facilities include level access throughout, a disabled hoist into the spa pool, adjustable treatment tables, a low-level desk, disabled toilets, large directional signs, and designated free parking spaces in The Wave car park. Is there a Treatcard loyalty scheme?

Yes — Treatcard is a loyalty programme where points are earned on qualifying purchases of treatments and products, which can then be redeemed for complimentary services. To request a Treatcard or check your points balance, contact the team at enquiries@manaspa.co.uk.
