On the second Monday of the month at 7.30pm, Meditate4Free are offering free meditation classes. All instructors have 30 years experience in this Meditation technique, which looks at physical emotional and spiritual balance.
Face to face classes will be held at the 'Friends Meeting House', CV1 4AN. Second Monday of the month at 7.30pm - 8:30pm
Parking: There are 4 or 5 bays around the building (arrive early) some on Hill Street. Main car park Belgrade Plaza 2 minutes walk.
