What is Quiet Sparks?
Designed especially for neurodivergent children, Quiet Sparks offers a calmer, smaller group environment while still capturing all the excitement, teamwork, and joy of cheerleading in a supportive and inclusive space.
Exercise releases endorphins, which can help to improve mood, reduce stress, and manage anxiety. Research indicated that physical activity participation for children with developmental diagnoses may provide health related benefits. Furthermore, participation in organised sports such as dance has been found to offer a broad range of benefits, including cognitive, psychological and social outcomes.
DID YOU KNOW? Coventry Dynamite also offer Cheer for Fun and Tumble Academy classes. Find out more here.

"We’ve been with CD 2.5 seasons and moving here was definitely the best decision my daughter made. She had done cheer for a couple of years but wasn’t being challenged where she was, it was a tough decision to leave especially as CD is 30 miles away but she fitted in straight away has made some fantastic friends and has come on so much with her confidence. It’s definitely worth all the travelling." - Sarah - January 2026
"I love that my girls are part of Coventry Dynamite. As much as it sounds like a cliche it is a big family. The coaches provide positive role models for the athletes. The whole programme supports each other. The athletes and parents make lasting friendships.
This club provides something for everyone from cheer for fun to competitive teams that have international recognition." - Ali - 2023
