Have you ever wondered how movies get their music? Then join The Piano School as we step into the exciting world of film composing! In this workshop, kids become the creative minds behind the magic of film sound. From footsteps and thunder to music that sets the mood, students will explore how sound brings scenes to life.In this workshop, children will:

• Create sound effects for real movie clips
• Learn how sound changes the mood of a scene
• Work with instruments, objects and digital tools
• Learn basic composing techniques in a fun, supportive setting

These workshops are open to all children aged 8-11 – no musical or film experience required! 

Adventures on the High Seas (4-5 year olds)

• Dates:

• Suitable for:  4-5 year olds

Interested in your 4-6 year old learning piano but not sure if they’ll enjoy lessons? Then join us for our Adventures on the High Seas summer school! Our motley crew will learn to sail a pirate ship, travel the world and contend with sea monsters, all while learning the basics of the piano.

Over the 3 mornings (29th-31st July, 10am-12pm), children will sing, dance, learn pieces on the piano and create their own music.

StoryMakers (7-10 year olds)
