Candlelit Yoga for Deep Rest

A cosy and nurturing session with summery teas, gentle yoga (a mixture of hatha, restorative and yin yoga), aromatherapy, sound and guided relaxation (yoga Nidra) designed to bring you into a state of deep rest and relaxation. Summer can take a lot of our energy and it's important to create space for rest to restore our energy and bring the body back into balance.

Pregnancy Candlelit Yoga

A relaxing monthly workshop to support and empower you through pregnancy, labour and early motherhood

With a different focus each month, we will explore the use of various tools, techniques and practises to prepare you for birth and beyond:

  • breathing techniques
  • visualisations and affirmations 
  • guided meditation 
  • essential oils 
  • environment 
  • sound

Each session will always include gentle movement, deep relaxation, tea and treats plus little gifts for you and baby
An opportunity to switch off, relax and bond with your baby in a calming setting.
No previous yoga experience necessary.

Yin Yang Yoga 

An exploration of yin and yang energies both on and off the mat, through a combination of active yang yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa) with the contrast of slower, passive stretches (Yin) that target not just the muscles but also deeper tissues including ligaments, tendons fascia and pave way for reflection and turning inward. A balance of heat, strength, surrender and release to bring you back to balance.

Yoga Nidra

Lie down comfortably with blankets and eye pillows for this practise which requires zero movement and will leave you feeling deeply rested and rejuvenated. Relax your physical body while you are guided through a meditation which will bring your attention inward and induce a deep state of relaxation. No previous experience required. This practise is specially beneficial if you are feeling tired, low on energy, have injuries or other mobility limitations as it requires no movement.
