The team at Sweaty Mama Warwick and Leamington are Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialists. It is our passion to help women of all fitness levels to enjoy fun and effective workouts in a relaxed and safe environment. Sweaty Mama offers a fab, fun workout with your child. My name is Janka, originally from Slovakia, I lived in Dublin for 8 years before meeting my husband in Fuerteventura and moving to UK. We were living in London for a while and decided to start a family in Warwick/Leamington Spa area. I am a mummy to two beautiful girls Emily (6 years old) & Charlotte (3 year old) that I absolutely adore.
I love dancing and have been dancing since I was a little girl. My background is in hospitality so I was always surrounded by people. Back in 2016 we started a property business with my husband which is fantastic, but I was missing the social aspect. For the past 5 years I also have been involved in a Health & Wellness business where I have learned so much about our bodies and mind and the huge difference looking after our physical and mental wellbeing can have on our quality of lives.
When Emily was born in 2020, we were all exercising at home, I didn`t mind, but with Charlotte I was ready to go out, but realised there is not much out there for mums to be able work out with kids without needing childcare. This is when I came across Sweaty Mama and straight away fell in love. I want to make sure that all mamas have a safe place to come and have a workout, have lots of fun and make new friendships for life.

Yes, booking is recommended as spaces are limited.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring water for yourself, anything your little one may need during the session, and comfortable clothing you can move in easily.
Do I need to be fit to join?
Not at all. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and exercises can be adapted to suit your ability and stage of postnatal recovery.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available at or near the venue.
Can I attend if I’ve recently had a baby?
If you are newly postnatal, it’s always recommended to check with your healthcare professional before starting exercise classes.
