At Coventry Rocks we love Children's Farms, it's such a lovely way to spend a day with the kids. We are very lucky to have some fantastic Children's Farms near Coventry, so so here is round up of our favourites!

Children's Farms near Coventry
Roundshill Farm is a family run farm in Kenilworth who offer 1 hour visits to see their gorgeous animals. As well as meeting and feeding the larger animals, you will also get the chance to stroke the hens, and hold the rabbits and guinea pigs! There is a catering area too, so you can enjoy a bite to eat in the undercover area after your visit.
Spencer's Retreat Farm is a fun, safe and understanding environment for children with special needs and their families.The retreat is available to families to book a session rather than it being open to the public meaning that it never gets busy and overwhelming. The aim of Spencer's Retreat is that families can access the space to create positive experiences and memories for the whole family without the stress and anxiety that may be caused by visiting other attractions.
Hatton Adventure World offers a range of indoor and outdoor activities and amazing attractions for children and adults. There are 100 acres of entertainment with over 450 creatures great and small. They have so much to do including a guinea pig village, exotic creatures, pony rides, and the amazing indoor play centre 'Superslide Mania'!
Hoar Park Children’s Farm is a lovely family run business near Nuneaton. Not only can you see a wide variety of Children’s Pets such as Rabbits and Guinea Pigs, there is also a large selection of other animals too! You will find various breeds of Poultry, Pygmy Goats, Alpacas, Ducks and Geese, Deer, Sheep and a Kuné Kuné Pig.
Established for nearly 40 years, Ash End House Children’s Farm has a reputation for it's warm and friendly atmosphere! They have a fantastic range of friendly animals with many of them being under-cover making it the perfect attraction for all weathers. You and your little ones can also get hands on with the animals by feeding and petting them.
Mini Meadows Farm is a lovely children’s farm park set in 12 acres of rolling countryside on the Northamptonshire and Leicestershire border. Come and meet the animals and learn what they like to eat using the colour-coded feed buckets. Get close up to the guinea pigs at daily greeting sessions, and join the rabbits in the giant enclosures and feed them some juicy carrots. And don’t forget the larger animals that are waiting to meet you – cheeky goats, alpacas, sheep, pigs, ponies and cows to name a few.
Situated in the heart of Kingsbury Water park, Broomey Croft Children's Farm is the perfect all-weather day out for all the family. Broomey Croft Farm has plenty of things to do including a range of friendly and docile animals perfect for petting and feeding by hand, as well as a range of activities including play areas, a gift shop, The Granary Tea Room as well as an undercover picnic area (just in case it rains).
Umberslade Farm Park is available to book for a variety of fun farm-based experiences! When you book a Family Farm Experience, you get to meet all the animals and groom a pony. Or you could book a Family Pony Experience - such a special activity for kids aged 2 - 6! There's a lovely cafe on site, and a children's play area too.
The Farm Stratford is a unique farm shop, restaurant and artisan food destination, with in-house producers. It also houses a kitchen garden, farm animals, and a great children's play area which also has an outside fun educational centre for kids! During the summer months, check out the 'Picnic On The Lawn' - book a picnic circle and a grazing box or hamper, and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings!
Get up close to a range of animals at the National Forest Adventure Farm! Take a tractor ride and also join in with the animal demonstrations too! Kids of all ages love the National Forest Adventure Farm, where they can meet and feed the chickens, sheep, Shetland ponies, donkeys, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchilla and more! plus lambs and goat kids in the Spring.
